How personalization works

Creating a personalized gift at Gifted by Jel is simple. Here's how it works in three easy steps.

Step 1 — Choose your gift

Browse our collections and find the perfect gift for your occasion. Every product in our shop can be personalized — look for the personalization field on the product page.

Step 2 — Add your personal touch

On the product page, you'll find a text field where you can enter your personalization details. This could be:

• A name or initials
• A date (birthday, anniversary, wedding day)
• A personal message or quote
• A combination of the above

Step 3 — We create it, you send it

Once you place your order, our team gets to work. Your gift is carefully crafted with your personal details and shipped directly to you — or straight to the recipient if you prefer.

Every order includes a free personal message card. Add your message at checkout and we'll include it in the package, ready to give.

Good to know

• Personalized items are made to order — please allow 2–4 business days for production
• Always double-check your personalization details before ordering
• Changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order
• Personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect
