Personalization

How does personalization work?

After adding a product to your cart, you'll see a text field where you can enter your personal message, name, date, or any other detail. We'll take care of the rest and add your personal touch to the gift before shipping.

Can I see a preview before ordering?

We don't offer live previews, but every personalized item is carefully checked by us before it ships. If something doesn't look right, we'll reach out to you before processing the order.

What if I make a spelling mistake in my personalization?

Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order. Because every item is made to order, we can only make changes if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, production may have already started.

Can I personalize in any language?

Yes! You can personalize in any language using standard Latin characters. Please note that special characters or scripts outside of Latin may not always be supported — contact us first if you're unsure.

Orders & shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most personalized orders are ready within 2–4 business days. Shipping time depends on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return a personalized item?

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our end. If that happens, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please send us a photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes — every order comes with a free personal message card. Just add your message at checkout and we'll include it in the package.
